...I realized I left my water bottles at the house.
No worries though! The route was passing by close to our house so Claud and Robby met me with my bottles.

Day 2 and I'm out on my own. Wet towel around my neck, it was hot!!
And then 80 miles in, only 20 to go, a huge storm came through and they ended the ride.
So I rode the next day to get my final 20 miles in, but also rode an extra 2 miles for one of the riders, Mason, who had a medical event just 2 miles from Saturday's finish line and ended up passing away Saturday evening.
